Phenyl-o-hydroxybenzoat, eine organische Verbindung, Phenylsalicylat. Es hat eine Molekularformel von C13H10O3 und ein Molekulargewicht von 214,23. Es kann ultraviolettes Licht absorbieren. Wird als Stabilisator von Vinylkunststoffen, als Deodorant von Toilettenwasser verwendet und auch zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln, Weichmachern, Konservierungsmitteln sowie Jasmin, Flieder und anderen Duftstoffen verwendet.
