Hindered Amin Light Stabilizers (HALS) schützen Polymere durch Neutralisation vor Abbau durch UV-Bestrahlung. HALS regenerieren sich während der Neutralisation und bieten während der gesamten Lebensdauer des Endprodukts weiterhin Schutz. Sie wirken auch als primäre Antioxidantien mit geringer Farberzeugung.
